1) Personalized Product…

If you want the product you order to be personalized, you will write the details when completing the order

in the comments.

Clarification:

Personalized products are non-returnable because they are made as requested "TO ORDER" and cannot be used by another user.

We only accept returns if the product is faulty (eg torn, damaged packaging or wrong product) so we would ask at the time of delivery

check carefully whether the product is in good condition. The produced result is bound to have slight color and tonal deviations compared to the preview you see on your screen.

2) Can I cancel an order?

Your order can be canceled by e-mail to info@little-angel.gr, stating your name and your order number that has been sent to your e-mail up to 24 hours from the time of the order.

After this point cancellation will not be possible.

3) Can I return a product?

We only accept returns if the product is faulty (eg torn, damaged packaging or wrong product) so we would ask at the time of delivery

4) Receiving products

The products you ordered can be picked up either from our store, or via courier at the address you specify or via BOXNOW.

INFORMATION:

Shipping time for orders from us is usually 3-7 business days.

In periods of special conditions & loads, orders sent by courier may experience delays in deliveries.

*Clarifications:

If any of the products you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible to

let us know about the possible delivery time or anything else. In this case, you have the option, as long as you consider that the timeline

during this time you are not satisfied, request the cancellation of your order of the specific product.

The rest of your order, if any, can be executed normally.

5) Shipping cost

The shipping cost for sending by courier for orders weighing up to 2 kg is €3.00.

If the weight exceeds 2 kg, we will inform you about the shipping cost via e-mail.

6) Method of payment

A) Payment can be made in cash upon receipt of the products from the store
